Tenderloin (Filet)

As with all our steaks, for best results, cook at recommended temperatures and for a shorter time than traditional, grain fed beef. Filets are cut one-inch thick with one steak to a package. Package weights average .25 pounds.
Our Filet, cut from the tenderloin is lean but tender and juicy. Absolutely delicious and melt in your mouth.
